We are two people and can only add 1x cabin bags for the price of 2x cabin bags, actually it will be cheaper for us to pay the "fine" at the airport (75 euro) vs pay to add 2x cabin bags (76 euro).

This is a genuine scam by Vueling.

No response to my email sent a week ago, their telephone line is completely automated so it's not possible to speak to a customer service operative.
