Vueling: How do I add cabin bag for just one passenger?

I was flying with another person and 2 names were on the booking, and similarly wanted only 1 cabbing bag added at the time of check-in online. I rang their customer services and got through to a representative and requested to add one cabin bag and was done and purchased over the phone. Can be done

I know this is an old post but I have just had the same issue. You can't do it online but if you call the customer service number: 02035143971 and select the baggage option but then hit no. 4 when they give you just 3 options you can get through to a human being who will add just one cabin bag. Sorry, I rang off before I could check the exact number sequence for getting through to someone!
