I can't seem to get it put on hold. Her dad has a different name and it still errors out.

I'm going to call AA to get it ticketed shortly, but was quite confused as to what was tripping me up. Pax 1 and 2 are ticketed with miles using pax 1's miles. Pax 3 cannot be ticketed/placed on hold with Pax 1 or Pax 2's miles.
