I think it's the other way around, actually. I had a standard room and they are closer to what one would expect from NYC than a typical European hotel. I had larger rooms in Courtyards in Europe.

Whilst the hotel is overall good for an airport hotel, I would definitely not use the word 'resort' to describe it as earlier in the thread.
