You might be in for a surprise on the counter. I took a flight that departed from MNL at 6:30 AM and even with a 3:50 AM arrival, the line had dozens of people already queued.
Similarly, I saw people waiting for the 7:40 AM Singapore Airlines departure waiting for the check-in desks to open when I arrived to MNL.
