Interestingly inconsistent, but at least for KLMV tiers it isn't too bad.
QR and BA have the nice feature that you can transfer avios from one program to the other at will. No hassle.
If avios is what you care about, it is easy to have both QR and BA accounts and choose where to credit a CX flight. But that only applies to avios, not to BA TP.
