Also, it makes some sense to delivery them first since many pax with priority bags will probably be off the plane first and therefore at the carrousel first to claim their bags and 'relieve' the burden... .

Certainly makes you want to do HBO.
Unfortunately, 'priority baggage' isn't something BA do.
