Not knowing the exact situation, I will say it's a really "tough business." I should know I've been scaling a Luxury Travel Advisory for 2 years. We have a small team; we do whatever we can do to make sure everything is "traced and tracked," but things do fall through the cracks. Slack Channels for clients, WhatsApp groups, and Trello (internally) help. But, it's tough, lots of work and lots of hours of work. I find it exhausting.

So, I do like to show some grace when I hear stories, not knowing both sides of the situation.
