If not, that is a bit sloppy,
If i plan to visit a mine / mountain or G-d forsaken excavation place,
the first thing i do before leaving home is to put email's auto-reply on with a small explaination ...
Musn't pi** off potential customers!
(especially in today's age where if one doesn't reply in 24H, they assume you're dead)

If you read between the lines,
Ford seems consistenty winning best TA for FS , coming with prizes and free FS stays
implying FS bookings have reached a quality & quantative appreciation
and as such has moved from simple virtuoso/MarriotStars/HiltonImpressario/HyattPrivé
to cater only to FS bookings
bit funny but might explain the different focus in target demographic in clients
on some older promo pages "book via Ford now" links,
it still display the old email : @ travel society .....
while at the recent FS- promo reviews it is now : @ fordb travel ....
and trying OMAAT's own search engine to support above claim was again epic failure,
google search churned it out at first bite right away
