Stayed as recently as April. No issues with Wifi. Front desk helpful and proactive. CL open and serving standard breakfast as well as evening snacks (for instance one night they wings and another app that eludes me) Alcohol for a fee, bottled water, bottled tea, pop (or soda, coke for people from other parts of the country), bags of chips and pretzels, fruit etc. Compared to a May stay at HarborCom food was refreshed quickly and frequently. Harborcom has a little less food and struggled to keep it replenished versus this Marriott. But overall I would say the quality of the food was better at Harborcom if you could get it. Hotel still looks like an 80s convention hotel and it is a decent hike from the front desk to the elevator. Free parking. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again especially with what rates have been compared to other hotels in Buffalo. Lots of options for food both local and chain but you either need to uber or take a car most places. There is bus service but it is limited with only one route being close. (44, and unless you buy a day pass transfers are full fare)
