Unfortunately Panache is no more. It was as close to fine dining as one could get in the area at the time and hotel guests often needed a reservation to compete with locals. They tried several other concepts since then, including the ubiquitous sports bar theme, with at least 4 name changes. The hotel itself slid so far that we eventually moved to Hilton properties when in the area and haven't been back in at least 5 years. After discovering the Reikart nearby we haven't looked back and stay there every time there is good points availability or the rate drops below $300 - which is rare in the last year.
