Since Arlanda Express is probably not in the business of maximizing its own payroll expenses, not sure how it would be that the unions are pricing workers out of participation for this “assistance”/“guidance” work of a temporary nature that lacks job security — by way of being so temporary — and yet has ended up “excessively” staffed with workers.
