I hope I’m replying to the question you asked and not the question you didn’t ask and my comments are based on applications for BOA Biz cards. The 24 month restriction is generally believed to apply to some
Chase credit cards, not BOA credit cards. Unless it’s changed very recently, BOA is generally believed to adhere to a 2/3/4 rule for credit card approvals and bonuses, 2 new cards every 1 (or 2) months, 3 new cards every 12 months and 4 new cards every 24 months, all with approved bonuses. Personally, in the last 2.2 years, I’ve been approved for and received bonuses for 5 BOA Alaska biz cards.
(By the way, I see you you used to be a Scooter driver. During my active duty time, I made the mistake of getting a ride in a 2 seat A-4, IIRC with the Oceana aggressor squadron. I asked the pilot, who was kind of a friend (as much as a pilot and the Doc could be friends

) to show me the A-4’s (legendary) roll rate. That’s the part of the ride I regret

but maybe not as much as I regretted asking another pilot friend to show me what 9 or 10 Gs felt like in the backseat of a 2 seat F-16. Also, I recently started as a volunteer on the Intrepid Air Sea and Space Museum in New York City where there is a beautifully restored A-4 prominently on display in the middle of the hanger deck.)
