It seems that criticism of Ford's skills as a travel agent perhaps belong in their own thread. It is only "nepotism" if one associates all of his work with his husband. And plenty of people who grew up wealthy are great at their jobs-- especially in providing high end service.
I agree with declining work if one is to busy to do a good job. But Ford apparently left him hanging for a week. That's totally unprofessional.
