It is better for a professional to tell you they don't have time to handle something than for them to do it poorly. Lord knows I've told people I don't have time to take on work they bring to me, but that doesn't mean that at other times I haven't solicited work. It certainly doesn't indicate a lack of competence.

It seems that criticism of Ford's skills as a travel agent perhaps belong in their own thread. It is only "nepotism" if one associates all of his work with his husband. And plenty of people who grew up wealthy are great at their jobs-- especially in providing high end service.
