Hi,

There was no charge to use the pool at the Hilton when I was there in Golden Week ( not too busy at 5pm) ( also there is a sauna and steam room). Gym open 24 hours. The sheraton would beat the hilton for access to the JR station ( the hilton is 20mins walk from the station) but the hilton is close to Peace Boulevard and is a nice walk up the boulevard to the Peace memorial park. Hilton lounge is on the 22nd floor.
