It gets even worse -
"e-Rewards evaluates all new accounts. At this time you are unable to redeem because your account is currently under review and this usually takes 72 hours to complete. Upon a successful review, you will be able to redeem for your exciting rewards!" My account is some 10 years old.
Their cut and paste reply to my complaining
"We're sorry to hear you are having account issues. Your concern has already been forwarded to the appropriate team and is currently being reviewed. Please allow us 24 hours to complete the process before attempting to redeem again."
Aaargh!
