I don’t understand how it could be Taiwan who is causing this issue.

One of my colleagues is presently dealing with this issue and both officials in PRC and Taiwan agree that her issue is that she needs a permit from the PRC, which as of now they refuse to issue.

Eva have been very helpful in rebooking flights without any pushback or unnecessary costs.
