Of course I don't think sleeping on the airport floor for two days is stress free. One would have to wilfully misread my comment to think that.
If you think the right way to respond to a group of students who spent 2 days in YUL and didn't get to NYC is to say you have mixed feelings and that the students shouldn't have expected stress-free travel during the summer with AC, I won't aspire to fix that. But I'll continue to think that characterising their concerns as a wish for "stress-free" travel is inaccurate.
