Of course I read the article. You had said "I have mixed opinions about this....If one wants a stress free experience, one should really avoid flying AC during peak travel seasons." My point was that students aren't complaining that their trip to NYC wasn't stress-free, they're complaining that it never happened. They spent 2 days in an airport and then ended up back home, never having been anywhere close to NYC. Your way of characterising it seemed odd and inaccurate.
