Morrocco is not in the Middle East, and as defined in the rules - it is not a part of Africa.

Thank you for clarifying. I thought CMN as well as CAI are consider to be part of Middle East. May bad! I plan to do a ex-CAI, so I might end at AMM instead.
In Q4 I will be doing the reverse on the high speed train (Casablanca to Tangier). Please give a brief report on the train ride. I understand it is in fact a GTV.
