Passport control should be empty at 10:00 PM, however, baggage delivery at 2E takes long no matter the arrival time. Last RER B departs at 11:50 PM so there should be plenty of time unless the flight is delayed.

I know this varies from company to company, but how do business travel policies normally apply for daytime Europe bound flights?

Would DL’s 6am from DCA meet the MCT for doing DCA-JFK-CDG with this flight? [It’s only sort of fun to try to work around the MCT using separately-booked tickets — something I’ve found myself doing more and more often over the years.]
I'm a regular DCA-JFK 6:00 am flyer, connecting to SDQ at 8:40/8:50, CDG should be within MCT as well.
