Two cards by themselves won't give 125k MQM (you can get 60k at most from each of biz and personal Reserve), I suspect if the business card is a Reserve and the personal card is Platinum, that would be enough with a few years of rollover to be Diamond.
Depending on the actual spend on each card, you can get the 2x60k as noted here. Given the spend, the OP is getting the waiver and thus PM status. That would leave a rollover of 45k. With the same spend the following year and another 120k MQMs, you’d be over the DM threshold. So, it would be PM and DM every other year.
With the COVID recent rollovers without depleting the MQMs, OP could have a stash of MQMs and thus be able to get DM for some consecutive years.
