I'm saying that the bot detection is overzealous and also flags manual searches and people without ill-intentions - normal use of united.com is being blocked.

I've found that eventually it will cool down after 30 mins, but it's very hit and miss. I highly recommend anyone running into this to write in the feedback to United. There's no easy why they're making it this hard for normal people to use the site.
