As above you cannot transfer QFff points to another ffp. This is the way with most ffp's
The SQ<--->VA transfer is *very* unusual with freq flyer programs. The avois ff currency can be transferred between BA, QR, IB & IE ffp's - avios.com.

You can transfer QF ff points to an eligible family member

Be careful of expiry
As well as flying QF or eligible flights with ff partners, can earn QF point from non flying activities.

QF web site Qantas Points Expiry
Do my Qantas Points expire?
As long as you continue to earn or use Qantas Points on eligible activities at least once every 18 months, your points won’t expire.

Each time you complete an activity (such as earning or using points with our program partners), the time period resets for another 18 months after your last activity. For example, in the case of earning points on eligible flights, that date is the date the flight was taken. Activities that aren’t eligible include family transfers or the conversion of points from Qantas Business Rewards.

Even if your Qantas Points do expire, though, you still remain a Frequent Flyer member and your Frequent Flyer number stays active. The next time you want to earn Qantas Points, simply use your card and the points will be added to your account and you can keep doing eligible activities to stop those points from expiring.

If you want to explore ways to keep your account active, you can view your points activity statement for personalised earning and using points information, or view our A-Z of partners to discover more ways to earn and use points - there’s something for everyone with our wide selection of partners.
Or an award flight on another ff partner counts as eligible activity. (eg. BA, AS AA and more).
