you should also write in and complain. truly unacceptable service on what was likely a very expensive ticket.

look, I'm a huge Delta fan but their service on these transcons seems to fail in comparison to UA, AA, B6 and I don't know how they're continuing to sell so many tickets on this route with such an uncompetitive offering.

Then again, I've not flown an ex-NYC/BOS transcon to experience this.
