Please delete the seatguru bookmark from your browser.

Seatguru's default is the last row in a cabin has restricted recline. Seatguru auto inserts that comment without any verification and since the site has not been updated for nearly two years, there is no way to get that corrected.
This unverified auto-insert of claims is done for other seat issues.

BTW, Row 23 has the same recline as other PremPlus seats.
