So depending on how it counts, you get business or first class lounge.

MH uses JAL Lounge at HND. If it treats that as F, OP will automatically have access to JL F lounge based on the MH flight alone. Doesn’t really matter how JL treats the flight IF MH advertises that as a first class that comes with first class lounge access.
