No. 29 minutes like everyone else. PC potentially has the benefit of a little more leniency if you go over that by a few minutes, but you'll need to go to the desk and plead your case - it won't happen automatically and they could well say no. I've done this 2-3 times when I was maybe 5-10 over the 29 minutes, and they've never said no, but YMMV - and keep in mind that it might take them 10+ minutes to actually check you in which makes things worse (at least one of those occasions I did arrive within 29 minutes, but didn't get checked-in until after that, pushing it to an extra hour/day)
