Not really. It's just that UA gives us lots of reasons to complain. You won't hear me complain about AS's product, service, or FFP.

Life as a GS is very very different.
I never get recognized as 1K in Y. Which is fine. I don't need bowing and scraping. I'd just like to receive the published benefits without hassle and without getting snark from 1kvoice when they're not delivered. Unfortunately, that seems too much to ask.
