Different Mosaic agents have told me different things about the new system, and sometimes different from what's on the website.

The agent today sounded the most coherent and credible. Not saying this is true, but here's what she said:

• Tiles last until the end of the following year, regardless of Mosaic status. So tiles earned or awarded this year last until 12/31/24.
• An open opportunity to pick tiles or another Mosaic Perks You Pick will continue into 2024 if you have qualified for Mosaic in 2024. Otherwise it goes away at the end of 2023.

Should I believe her?
