Never had this issue before (last Vanilla I bought at WM earlier this week I liquidated with no issues) but I haven't done a lot of MS since pre-Covid. Back in the game for a while trying to meet a couple of SUBs.
I assume you waited an hour before using the card as that is how long it takes for it to activate. I would call and see if it is a hacked card. Keep your purchase receipt and activation receipt.
