We would do it more often, but we prefer spiralized veggies to pasta.
You really prefer spiralized veggies? I know people eat them as a healthier alternative but never heard of anyone preferring them. wow. I assume that you have a spiralizer and can whip them up anytime.
I don't use jarred sauce but my pasta go to is usually a lemon juice, olive oil, garlic combo or a carbonara with bacon or pancetta from the freezer. I always have fresh basil so if I happen to have fresh cherry or grape tomatoes I have dinner...bonus if there are some kalamata olives to throw in.
