Thats something most people should be able to put together without having to go shopping for ingredients. I usually have what I need to put a bowl of pasta on the table. At its most basic, that’s pasta and sauce. In my freezer, I usually have onions, peppers, sometimes meatballs or Italian sausage. In the pantry, jarred sauce and diced tomatoes. In the fridge, parmesan cheese.

We would do it more often, but we prefer spiralized veggies to pasta.
