The thing with phones is quite often I disconnect them when I'm in hotels. I've been woken up in the middle of the night at way too many hotels by phone calls to the wrong number or alarm clocks that were set at 3 AM for no reason so it is very often I make a habit of disconnecting the phone and clock.

I didn't answer the phone because I was working and it rang while I was in the middle of working.
