I spent ages on the phone last week trying to get a BAH member of staff to book a mixed class (J and PE) holiday which I could see online (but would fail at the payment page). He promised me to call back the next day but never did.
Ended up using Expedia to get better than I wanted (business both ways), for a saving of quite a few hundreds of £’s. I find BAH very hit and miss and it is slowly getting worse IME.
