Why are there no J fares for sale to BOG?
Seems to be unique to this route, and I see it frequently. Economy and Premium Economy are for sale, but J isn't an option at all. On EF, it's not J0, it's also just...no J at all.

As an example, I'm searching for Aug 5th, but this is the case much (if not the majority) of the time I search this route (from YUL or YYZ, as I search from YVR) any further than a few weeks out. Is this a sales tactic (withholding of the seats) I'm not aware of?
