Frontier is likely only covering the depreciated value of the items which were lost and you had to purchase replacements for. This seems pretty fair to me but you can certainly keep fighting if you disagree with their assessment of your claim. I wouldn't expect it to be easy given they are a ULCC and the amount invovled.
They are paying the depreciated value. There are times I'm aware of when they've paid more than that... like a suit for a wedding/funeral. But in return they want the items bought given to Frontier who will then sell for some sort of its own cost recovery (basically has to be something valuable enough for them to think they'll get decent money out of it... they wouldn't get much for a second hand Target t-shirt).
