Stayed 5 days last week on points, had a king studio suite on 9th floor of the twin dolphin tower looking toward the Hyatt. This tower is only 5 years old or so and wasn't used for some time during the pandemic so our room was in really good condition. Small non-private deck (clear plexi glass allows you to view all other decks nearby) but allowed for nice view of the beach. Great service and food at the different venues, but expensive ($18/drink at the pool). Here is the benefits card I received at check-in. One thing I would note and I gave them some feedback on is that you can't use the F&B credit at the Pool or the rooftop lounge. Internet worked fine and had a morning flight so didn't look at late check out.
