I'm already Mosaic from previous year. I have 32 tiles this year and don't anticipate any problems hitting 50. I have not yet picked my perk.

1. Should I be picking my perk now before I hit 50, so that I get a second perk at 50?
2. If I am able to pick 20-tile bonus now, and then again when I hit 50:
32->20 tile bonus->52->20 tile bonus again -> 72?
3. Will I get yet another pick at 100? (a total of 3 perks?)
