Yes the phx centurion lounge and escape lounge do have a shower. It is between the two lounges that are located at the same location. Secret tip is sometimes the escape lounge is actually quieter and nicer than all of the champagne toasting instagram people in Centurion. But both lounges are really one lounge served by one kitchen and support team etc.
