Is there a magic person or email to reach out to get ORC? When I've contacted United, it's always been very easy, and the miles appear days later, even in cases where travel involved partners.

My last one (DL metal, DL ticket) took 3 months and multiple calls to get ORC, and this current one has already been over a month and sometimes even the PM line will tell me completely wrong things (e.g. that I can't earn SkyMiles on a KLM-issued ticket)
