I have separate accounts for business and personal cards. After seeing reports of cards simply becoming available as targets for combining points, I looked to see if I was one of the lucky ones. (Thanks,

Schnit.) One personal card was available from a business card. Apparently having separate accounts is not a roadblock to combining points from business to personal, nor a roadblock to having the account appear spontaneously.
