Excuse my delay in coming back to reply. I left for Maui the following morning and my ride to the airport showed up earlier than expected, so I literally dashed past the front desk on my way out with my key card packet in my pocket.

I asked the front desk the evening I last posted and got a canned response from that particular person. My plan was to ask for a manager in the morning, but that didn't happen, so I don't have the answer. #FAIL

Last fall, I completely ripped a knee ligament off the bone and did not have it repaired, so rooms with roll-in showers are my new normal. Having the Standard Room (award) booked, I called in advance knowing 1 Queen Roll-in Shower rooms were available. I am a solo traveler, so the queen bed was fine.
If you're booked for one and there will be two of you, definitely call in advance about the '1 guest' booking quirk. The number of breakfast vouchers they want to give you may depend on it.
