TSA PreCheck is only useful in Canada with regard to reducing the chances of being hit by SSSS and ending up subject to extra security screening. Otherwise useless in Canada.

Global Entry card gets faster security line with CATSA, faster line with US CBP in Canada, but not faster line with CBSA in Canada.
