Solid advice. It's very easy to use the Tijuana Airport following El Cochinito 's advice. It is a pleasant, modern airport and the bridge is simple to use.

I'm not real sure of the question. We've flow AeroMexico a number of times from Tijuana. We've always had carry on baggage. There are other budget carriers whom we have not flown. I am unsure of their baggage policy.
