Have you contacted Radisson (corporate) customer service? The individual hotel might be trying to get more money from you, but the parent company may be able to do something.

I haven't contact anyone yet. I'll try to think what is best way to move forward and do I contact Radisson or directly to hotel. The email I received come from Radisson Rewards teams, but it might still be send from hotel?
