Booking with points changed by Radisson
Hi,
I made booking with points for 2 rooms 2 nights. It need small amount of cash and will use all my points. Now I received email from Radisson that there has been a bug on the system and my points only cover price for one room. They give me 5000 points but it's nothing compared what the price would be when I booked it with points, now I need to pay another room full for price 2 nights. They changed reservation without asking me anything. How should I work with this? Could I compare this to similar case when I have booked 2 rooms with good price and they just raise the price for me themselves.
I feel bad for this and if it is not fixed won't stay to Radisson again. No value with points if they can do like this
