Yeah I'd make no fuss about booking myself (in this case I won't cause I think the cost isn't worth it for us). The handful of times I've had a sales department reach out to me they've offered me a better rate, and at worst I would expect them to simply say they can't offer anything. Not to make me wait around in anticipation and then offer me the worst rate available and package it as something special. That's all.

As for family plans, these forums in just the past few days have already mentioned several family offers that are in the same region. But again, that's not my complaint. It's the fake deal that annoys me.

It's not a big deal at all, I just thought I'd share on here to see if this happens much to others. For me it's a first.
