They claim it's done. It should work with either old or new PNR, and definitely with ticket #. If it still doesn't, you may want to contact HA and have them check on it for you, esp. if you are flying soon.
Another way to try is to go to "check in" and see if you can pull it up there. If the record is there, it should show your flights there at least.
NOTE: under check-in it may show one day later first flight time than actual scheduled time. That's just the way it is now, that it doesn't even display the right date. Things are more buggy and broken at HA than ever now..
